🧺 Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in water (drained)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
👩🍳 Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Combine drained tuna, egg, oat flour, and parsley in a bowl.
- Mix until a firm, workable dough forms — add a little more flour if too wet.
- Roll into small balls (roughly 2cm diameter) and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving — hot treats can burn mouths.
Nutrition: High in lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Egg provides biotin and essential amino acids. Parsley is a natural breath freshener for cats.
📝 Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze in batches for up to 2 months. Always ensure tuna is in water, not brine or oil.
